VILLA CECIL PHASE 3 - TREADMILL, TOWER 2 GROUND FLOOR B Conditions of use - version 1.0 WHO "WE" ARE "the Owner" means Lo and Son Land Investment Company Limited, which owns the unit in which this equipment is kept. "the Manager" means the property management company appointed to manage the estate from time to time. At the date of this version that is Cheuk Nang Property Management Co Ltd. "we", "us" and "our" mean the Owner and the Manager. Permission to use the equipment is given by the Owner. The Manager administers the facility, and keeps the records described in clause 8, on the Owner's behalf. If the Manager changes, these conditions will be reissued naming the new Manager, and you will be asked to accept them at your next check-in. 1. PERMISSION, NOT A RIGHT Use of the equipment is by permission of the Owner only. That permission is personal to you, cannot be transferred, and may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason or for none, without notice. Using the equipment, however often and for however long, gives you no easement, no tenancy, and no other right or interest in the unit or the equipment. No right is acquired by repeated use. Each check-in is a separate permission given for that occasion only. 2. WHO MAY USE IT Registered residents of Villa Cecil Phase 3 whose registration has been approved. Check in before each use. Do not allow anyone else to use the equipment on your registration. 3. YOUR HEALTH You confirm you are fit to undertake unsupervised exercise. Do not use the equipment if a medical condition makes exercise unsafe for you, if you are unwell, or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Take medical advice first if you are in any doubt. Stop at once if you feel unwell. 4. USING IT SAFELY Read the instructions displayed on the machine before you first use it. Attach the safety key. Wear suitable footwear. Do not use the equipment if it looks damaged or is marked out of service - report it instead. 5. HOURS 06:00 to 23:00. The facility may be closed for cleaning, servicing or repair without notice. 6. REPORTING FAULTS Report any fault, damage or hazard straight away at feedback.villacecil.com, or to the Manager. 7. YOUR BELONGINGS Bring only what you need. So far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property brought to the unit. 8. RECORDS WE KEEP We record your registration details and each check-in - who used the equipment and when. We use those records to schedule cleaning and maintenance, to administer the facility, and to keep a record of permitted use. We do not use them for marketing. We keep these records for seven years and then delete them. We keep them that long because they are the record of how the equipment has been maintained and of the permission given for each use. The Manager holds these records on the Owner's behalf. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected, write to privacy@villacecil.com. 9. SUSPENSION We may suspend or end your permission if these conditions are not observed. NOTHING IN THESE CONDITIONS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.
